1125 Spring Road, NW (Former Hebrew Home for the Aged) Re-Use Project1125 Spring Road (Ward 4)
DGS has determined that the Hebrew Nursing Home and the Paul Robeson School is surplus District property. Plans will be made to re-use the property.
 
Eastern Branch Building (former Boy's and Girl's Club Building) Re-Use Project
The District is in the process of holding community meetings to discuss the re-use of the former Draper School.

DGS is in the process of holding community meetings to discuss the re-use of the former Gibbs Elementary School located at 500 19th Street, NE.
Mamie D. Lee School Re-Use ProjectMadison Shelter (Ward 6)
Madison Shelter is slated for exterior renovation of its historic facade. The renovations will also include comprehensive site landscaping, and streetscaping and new site fencing.
 
DGS is in the process of holding community meetings to discuss the re-use of the former Mamie D. Lee School located at 100 Gallatin Street, NE.
 
MC Terrell-McGogney Elementary School Re-Use Project
DGS is in the process of holding community meetings to discuss the re-use of the former MC Terrell-McGogney School located at 3301 Wheeler Road, SE.
