Madison Shelter Community Meeting
Full description of the project: Title I and Title II architectural and engineering design services for the design of construction documents for the restoration of historic Madison Shelter’s façade (including paint removal, window restoration and brick re-pointing); development of a comprehensive site landscaping, fencing and lighting plan; development of sustainable low-impact development stormwater management designs for Madison’s site and adjacent streetscapes; and development of landscaping plans for the historic berms and paved areas along Madison’s 10th and G Street facades. Work includes all required geo-technical, structural engineering, civil engineering and hazmat investigations required to support the design process.
