The Department of General Services (DGS) is committed to achieving success by delivering projects on-time and on-budget. DGS is proud of these recently completed construction projects.

	200 I Street, SE The District is redeveloping the long vacant Washington Star printing plant at 200 I Street, SE for office and data center use. The building was formerly known as 225 Virginia Avenue, SE.
	Anacostia Gateway Site demolition will raze the property and clear the site for future construction.
	Consolidated Forensic Laboratory The Consolidated Forensic Laboratory (CFL) will be a 287,000 square-foot new building consolidating the city’s public safety forensic science and public health efforts into a single world-class, state-of-the-art facility.
	DC Armory Renovations The work at the DC Armory focuses on making repairs to the interior and exterior of the building, modernization of the elevators, limestone facade and locker room areas.
	DDOT Half Street Headquarters at 55 M Street, SE DRES negotiated 150,000 square feet of office space for the District Department of Transportation (DDOT).
	Energy Retrofit Project at One Judiciary Square Project to improve energy efficiency of One Judiciary Square, located at 441 4th Street, NW.
	Evidence Warehouse The new evidence warehouse will integrate best practices for property and evidence storage and use technology to create a state-of-the-art facility.
	Minnesota-Benning Government Center This new facility will house the Department of Employment Services headquarters.
	Office of the Attorney General Build-Out This project involves the interior renovation of space for OAG on the 5th , 6th, 10th and 11th floors of One Judiciary Square as well as the consolidation of staff from various floors.
	Reeves Center Renovations This project will renovate the Reeves Municipal Center for various District agencies.
	Ward One Senior Wellness Center The Ward One Senior Wellness Center will be a 15,000 square foot structure that will provide several services for District seniors.
