The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("Department" or "DGS"), Contracts and Procurement Division, on behalf of the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS), is issuing this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to engage a Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to perform the renovations of the DYRS Gymnasium and Courtyard.
