Solar-Wind Power Purchase Agreement
The Department of General Services (“Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from renewable energy developers interested in the development of a new wind and/or solar power project from which the Department would purchase approximately 150,000 MWh of energy, including the associated Renewable Energy Credits, on an annual basis.
Request For Office Lease Space DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority
The District of Columbia’s Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking offers of office space “Premises” that satisfy the criteria below. Responsive offers, among other things, provide for contiguous space within the building.  The initial occupying agency for the space is the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority (HBX).
Design-Build Services – Stanton ES Annex & Neval Thomas ES Wing

Renovations at the Washington Center for Aging Services
The Department of General Services (“Department or DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a Contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision and other services necessary for Renovations at the Washington Center for Aging Services located at 2601 18th Street, NE, Washington, DC 20018, which includes, but not limited to upgrades of the HVAC, DDC Controls, Fire Alarm and Roofing.
