The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate need to engage MCN Build, Inc. (“Contractor” or “MCN”) to provide emergency construction services to address critical infrastructure failures, deteriorating building systems, and extensive water damage at the Marion S. Barry Building (“MBB”).
The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), has an immediate need to engage MCN Build, Inc. (“Contractor” or “MCN”) to provide emergency construction services to address critical infrastructure failures, deteriorating building systems, and extensive water damage at the Marion S. Barry Building (“MBB”).
The Department requires the continued engagement of the incumbent Contractor to provide the provision of Parking Lot Management Services for Multiple Lots by U Street Parking Inc. during the Period of Performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The District reserves the right to extend the contract in three-month increments, as needed, throughout the Period of Performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
The Department requires the continued engagement of the incumbent Contractor to provide the provision of Parking Lot Management Services for DC USA Retail Mall by U Street Parking Inc. during the Period of Performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
