The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate need to provide project management services required to successfully relocate the District’s Department of Behavioral Health’s Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) Facility from its current location, at 1905 East Street, NE to 35 K Street, NE by September 30, 2027. To achieve this objective, DGS requires project management services with immediate, specialized expertise in the design, engineering, and clinical workflow requirements unique to emergency behavioral and psychiatric health facilities

(the “Contractor” or “AAA CBS”) to provide uninterrupted Property Management Services including full facility Operations, Maintenance & Repair Services (“OM&R”) (the “Services”) for the Consolidated Forensics Laboratory (“CFL”), located at 401 E Street, SW , Washington, DC 20024 (the “Facility”), for a 12-month period.
