Endrea Frazier has over 15 years of experience within the infrastructure industry ranging from project management through construction. Before joining the Department of General Services as Deputy Chief of Staff, Endrea served as Vice President of a local, minority-owned engineering firm. In her executive leadership role, Endrea was responsible for the company’s business development and market strategies, and administrative and operational support.
Endrea has consulted on business processes, change management, and organizational development for various large and small industry and non-profit organizations to involve all stakeholders and implement changes rapidly and more efficiently.
Through her experience, Endrea has developed a passion for working with small, minority and women-owned design, professional services and contractor firms, specifically within the infrastructure industry. She has also worked to develop and implement local and small business outreach workshops and summits within the District of Columbia; and has presented on numerous panels, seminars, webinars, and workshops locally and nationally.
Currently, Endrea serves as Commissioner on the Mayor’s Commissions on Women and African-American Affairs.
