Project Description:
The Duke Ellington Field project includes improvements to the two existing field houses (approximately 3,000 SF), an upgraded running track, a renovated field, new field lights and soil stabilization measures to mitigate ongoing soil erosion that currently impacts the field's programmed space. Additionally, fencing/access controls, seating and new water fountains will be considered, subject to budgetary constraints. A test fit will be made for a dog park, but an application for a dog park must be formally made by the community per DPR Regulations.
Note: This project is not located at the Duke Ellington school site.
