The Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of the District of Columbia Office on Aging is seeking one or more Contractors to provide all necessary construction services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to perform needed improvements and renovations at the following Wellness Center Facilities: Bernice Fonteneau Senior Wellness Center, Hattie Holmes Senior Wellness Center, Model Cities Senior Wellness Center, Pleasant Hill Group Home, Andrus House Group Home, House of Togetherness Group Home, Hayes Senior Wellness Center, Washington Senior Wellness Center and Congress Heights Senior Wellness Center.
