The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("DGS" or "Department") on behalf of the Office of Cable Television Film Music arid Entertainment ("OCTFME") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to engage a contractor to provide design and construction services for the renovation and modification to the Office of Cable Television Film Music and Entertainment headquarters facility.
