The District of Columbia Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DGS"), Contracts and Procurement Division, on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia ("MPD"), is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to engage a contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete partial roof restoration at the Fort Davis Playground and Splash Pad located at 1400 41st Street SE, Washington, DC 20020.
