The Department of General Services (“Department “) or “DGS” is seeking offers for space approximately One Hundred and Fifty Thousand rentable square feet (150,000 rsf) to Two Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand rentable square feet (225,000 rsf) for use by The District of Columbia Department of Health (DOH).
Space:150,000 rsf to 225,000 rsf contiguous space in an existing or to- be- built-building
Term: Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years
Use: Administrative Offices and any other lawful use.
Delivery: No later than March, 2021.
Locations: All Submarkets will be considered. Centralized locations such as NOMA, Capitol Riverfront, Anacostia and Southwest are preferred.
TIA: The District requires a Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) of at least $115.00 per RSF.
Parking: Minimum of 1 parking space /1,500 rsf.
Brokerage: Savills Studley. Inc. is recognized as the exclusive broker representing The District in this proposed transaction.
Proposals are due December 1, 2017 at 3:00 pm.
