The District of Columbia, Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking a Contractor to provide consolidated maintenance services including the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) to ensure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance and Repair (OM&R) services at Ballou Senior High School located at 3401 4th Street SE, Washington, DC This procurement is being set aside in the Sheltered Market and only eBE's that are certified by the District's Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) at the time of submission are eligible to participate.
