The Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Qualifications to engage individual artists and artistic teams to respond to this Call to Artists with professional qualifications in addition to a proposal of site-specific capital improvements for renovations and additions to the Barry Farms Recreation Center, located at 1230 Sumner Road, SE, Washington, DC 20020.
