The District of Columbia is seeking Letters of Intent (LOI) from experienced commercial and not-for-profit entities to lease the historic Lincoln Theatre.  Offerors submitting an LOI for consideration must have a minimum of 10 years experience successfully operating a venue with 400 seats or greater.  The District will accept lease terms of 5 – 10 years with one 5 year renewal option.  The required LOI format and other details are included on the RLOI document.
