Sole Source Procurement - Architectural and Engineering Services for the OSNE Building

The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) on behalf of the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (OSNE) has an immediate need to engage the services of Emotive Architecture PLLC (“Emotive”) for Architectural and Engineering Services for the ONSE building located at 100 42nd St NE, Washington, DC 20019.
