Emergency Procurement - Emergency Firewatch Services at Francis L. Cardozo Education Campus

The Department of General Services (DGS) has an immediate and compelling need to secure the services of DC Life Safety, LLC to provide emergency fire watch services at Francis L. Cardozo Education Campus following the findings of the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department (FEMS) regarding the condition of the school’s fire pump. The fire pump is a critical component of the building’s life safety infrastructure, ensuring adequate water pressure for the sprinkler system during a fire emergency. Due to the identified deficiencies, FEMS has requested that the facility beplaced on Fire Watch until the fire pump is repaired.
