The District of Columbia Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage a design-builder to provide design-build services for the renovation of the pool house at Oxon Run Park, located at 501 Mississippi Avenue Street SE, Washington, DC 20032. The Department desires to renovate the pool house such that the renovated pool house will reflect a layout similar to and have the same "look and feel" of the recently renovated Fort Stanton Pool House. The selected design-builder will be required to work with DGS and DPR to develop permit documents for the describing the work and to construct the improvements no later than May 1,2015.
