DC DMV will open its newest service center – Benning Ridge – on March 1, 2016 in Southeast, Washington, D.C. This service center is replacing  the agency’s Penn Branch Service Center, which will close on Saturday, February 27, 2016. With the opening of the Benning Ridge Service Center, DC DMV will continue to have four full service locations in every quadrant of the District. The Service Centers are open Tuesday – Saturday from 8:15am-4pm.
