The Government of the District of Columbia, acting by and through its Department of General Services (the "District", "DGS" or "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to engage one (1) firm ("Contractor") to provide program management services to support the SmartRoof and resiliency programs, as well as related sustainability initiatives of the Department.

The awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, management, recordkeeping, reporting, and other services necessary to successfully to provide comprehensive SmartRoof and resilient infrastructure program management across the DGS portfolio for a base period and up to four (4) additional one ( 1) year option periods. The Contractor shall be required to visit schools, recreation centers, warehouses, MPD/FEMS facilities, office buildings, and other municipal properties.
