The District of Columbia (the "District") Department of General Services (the "Department" or "DOS") is issuing this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") to engage a Small Business Enterprise ("SBE") contractor ("Contractor") to provide all necessary construction services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials (the "Services") to perform capital improvements at the ENGINE HOUSE 2, located at 500 F Street NW, Washington DC, 20001 (the "Project" or the "Facility").
