(WASHINGTON, DC) – The DC Department of General Services (DGS) is reflecting on a year of national and regional recognition for public buildings delivered across the District. The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate need to complete the architectural and engineering services including Title I and Title II services for Phase II of the Public Roadway and Infrastructure for the redevelopment of Hill East located at 1900 Massachusetts Avenue, SE Washington DC 20003 (the “Project”). To meet the established milestones of the Project, including critical permit submission and approval dates, the Department requires 65% design development of construction drawings completed by March 1, 2026, and 100% design development of construction drawings completed by September 30, 2026.
