Sole Source Procurement - Fire Alarm Systems/Apparatus (S), Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services
The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”) requires the continued engagement of the incumbent Contractor to provide inspection, maintenance, and repair services for fire alarm systems and related apparatus across a wide range of District-owned and -operated facilities. These include, but are not limited to, District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) stations, Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) facilities, municipal government buildings, senior wellness centers, and parks and recreation centers.
