Services shall be carried out for a periodof no more than 120-days in accordance with Chapter 47 of title 27 of the DCMR Section4719 and PPRA Sec. 405 (d); Emergency Procurements.

As the implementation agency for all District owned and managed facilities, the Department of General Services (DGS) takes proactive steps to fortify our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and internal air filtration systems for the safety and well-being of District residents.
Event Description: With the passage of the Public Facilities Environmental Safety Amendment Act of 2020, DGS has expanded its frequency and scope of testing for environmental risks. This is the seventeenth meeting in a series of monthly meetings to discuss actionable environmental safety testing results and remediation activity at District public buildings.
