The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“District”, “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from those entities (“Offerors”) interested in performing construction projects at DCPS, DPR, and municipal facilities (“Project Locations”) during the 2022 fiscal year.
