(WASHINGTON, DC) – Today, Mayor Muriel Bowser announced Tax Increment financing (TIF) funds – totaling over $50 million – and broke ground at the new Northeast Heights, located at the Minnesota Avenue, NE and Benning Road, NE corridor in Ward 7.
