The Department of General Services (DGS) has an immediate and ongoing requirement to maintain secure, functional, and compliant storage solutions for mission-critical equipment at Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and Fire & Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) facilities. These facilities house personnel who rely on heavy-duty lockers for the secure storage of firearms, duty gear, turnout gear, and other essential equipment necessary for daily operations and emergency response.

This new 15,000 SF facility will include an indoor gymnasium, fitness room, kitchen, multipurpose rooms, tech lounge, staff office, outdoor covered seating, new playground, field, walking/running path, landscaping, and more.
