REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR FOOD SERVICE PROVIDER TO LEASE COMMERCIAL SPACE

The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the District of Columbia (the “District”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from experienced, qualified food service providers (“Tenant”) to lease space at the Department of Employment Services’ (“DOES”) Northeast Service Center, located on the retail level at 4058-C Minnesota Avenue NE, Washington DC 20019 (“Premises”).
