Daly Swing Space at 501 New York Ave NW
The project scope includes the design and construction/renovations of the existing 501 New York Avenue facility to temporarily house the Central Cell Block.
DHS - Madison Shelter Renovation

DHS - Naylor Road Shelter - Modernization
The project scope includes: The Modernization of the DHS Naylor Road Shelter will deliver a comprehensive renovation to meet current standards for safety, functionality, and efficiency. The project includes upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, improvements to life-safety features such as fire protection and emergency alarms, and other critical capital enhancements to extend the facility’s lifecycle.
DHS - New Federal City Shelter (CCNV)
the design and construction of a new facility to replace the aging Federal City Shelter (CCNV). This modern facility will provide essential space for existing DHS services while expanding capacity to address hypothermia needs. Delivered through a Design-Build approach, the project will prioritize value, durability, and functionality, while minimizing maintenance requirements, utility costs, and programmatic changes.
DOC - New Boiler Plant
The project scope includes the design and construction of a new Boiler plant that will support the Department of Corrections campus located at DC General.
OUC - 4th District Radio Tower (Ward 4)
This project is for the design and construction of a new 500ft radio tower to replace the existing 400ft and 700ft tower. Both the 400ft and 700ft towers will be removed as part of the project.
New York Ave Men's Shelter - New Facility
The new shelter will be designed and constructed to replace the aging facility at New York Avenue. The updated facility will provide essential space for the services currently offered by DHS, while also accommodating additional capacity for hypothermia.
New DC Jail - Construction of a New Corrections Facility
The DC Department of Corrections (DOC) operates and maintains the 450,000 square foot Central Detention Facility (CDF) and the 450,000 square foot Correctional Treatment Facility (CTF). CDF opened in 1976 and currently has a capacity to house 2,164 residents.
FEMS & OSSE Fleet Maintenance Facility New Construction
This project is to support DC Fire Emergency Medical Service (FEMS) and Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) and includes of the design and construction of new fleet maintenance facility for FEMS.
MPD - 7th District New HQ Facility & Parking Structure
The project scope includes the new construction of the new 7th District Headquarters facility and parking structure.
New DCFD Headquarters & Engine Company 7
The project scope includes demolition of existing DCFD Engine Company 7 and Construction of new DCFD Engine Company Engine 7.
