Project Description:
The project scope includes the design and construction of a new Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) 7D Headquarters facility and Parking structure. The new facility will be constructed on the existing parking lot, allowing MPD to continue to provide services with minimal disruption. Upon completion of the new facility, MPD will be relocated, and the existing structure will be demolished to make way for a new parking structure to support MPD and alleviate parking pressures in the neighborhood.
