 The Department of General Services’ Capital Construction Services Division is constantly focused on delivering new projects and making physical improvements to existing spaces for District residents and staff. DGS is committed to achieving success by delivering capital construction projects on time and on budget.

The Capital Construction Services Division manages capital construction projects that include the delivery of new or improved schools, recreation centers, pools, splash pads, parks, short-term family housing, government centers, and public safety facilities.
