The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("District", "DGS" or "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to engage a contractor (‘Contractor") to provide construction services to renovate and modernize the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services’ ("DCFEMS") Engine Company 23 "DCFEMS E23" building located at 2119 G Street NW, Washington DC ("Project"). This Project consists of the salvage, reuse, demolition, disposal, removal, furnishing, and installation of the equipment and the building interiors, for all individual rooms where construction activities are noted to occur.
