Sole Source Procurement - DC State Board OF Education On-site Audio Visual (AV) Support Services

 The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) has an immediate and critical need to engage Touch Media Systems, LLC (the “Contractor” or “Touch AV”) to provide professional on-site Audio Visual (AV) support services to ensure the successful execution of the State Board of Education (SBOE) monthly public meetings. The Contractor shall conduct and manage all AV equipment to produce a seamless meeting for all participants in-person and remote, to include SBOE board members, school professionals, and public advocates. Monthly meetings shall be held every 3rd Wednesday of the month, at the Old Council Chambers, located at 441 4th Street NW, Washington, DC, for a period of ten months.
