The District of Columbia's General Services division (DGS) is seeking a GENERAL CONTRACTOR to provide all necessary construction services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to upgrade the interior and exterior and vestibule entry, and install a new accessible entrance with ramp, steps and landing in order to fully comply with ADA building code requirements at the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) 4th District Substation.
