The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to engage a design firm to serve as the Architect/Engineer (the "A/E") to provide a full range of architectural and engineering services for the construction of a new outdoor fitness center at Oxon Run Park located between 4100 block of Livingston Road SE (the "Project").

Event Description: With the passage of the Public Facilities Environmental Safety Amendment Act of 2020, DGS has expanded its frequency and scope of testing for environmental risks. This is the seventeenth meeting in a series of monthly meetings to discuss actionable environmental safety testing results and remediation activity at District public buildings.
