The Department of General Services issues this Request for Proposals to solicit design-build proposals from offerors or bidders interested in contracting to serve as the design-builder for the 801 East Single Men's Shelter, located at 2700 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, SE, Washington, DC 20032 . The Department is issuing this RFP to engage a Design-Builder to build a new shelter, which will replace a smaller facility that presently exists on the St. Elizabeths East Campus in Washington, DC.
