Sole Source Procurement-Architectural & Engineering Services – Wilson Aquatic Center HVAC Replacement
The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”), has an immediate need to engage the services of Quinn Evans Architects (the “Architect” or “AE”) to provide additional Architectural & Engineering Design Services (“AE Services”) for construction of Wilson Aquatic Center HVAC Replacement Project (the “Project”), located at 4551 Fort Drive NW, Washington, DC 20016.
