Sole Source Procurement-DOC CTF Additional Roofing Scope

The Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), on behalf of the Department of Corrections (“DOC”), has the minimum need to remove and replace the roofing and caulking of the existing windows and exterior structural panels at the DOC Administrative Building, located at 1901 E Street SE, Washington, DC (the “Project”). The Project consists of the demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing roofing and caulking materials, and the furnishing and installation of new roofing and caulking materials.
