Sole Source Procurement-Department of Corrections (DOC) Central Detention Facility and Central Treatment Facility

The Department has an immediate and continuing need to provide construction management services for the Department of Corrections (DOC) Central Detention Facility and Central Treatment Facility renovation projects. The Contractor shall provide construction management services throughout the lifecycle of the project including design - pre-construction, construction, and project closeout.
