The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit design-build proposals (“Proposal(s)”) from offerors (“Offeror(s)”) interested to serve as the design-builder (“Design-Builder”) for the design and construction of the Walter Reed Pool and Pool House, located at 6900 Georgia Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20012 (the "Project").
