CLASS DETERMINATION AND FINDINGS FOR SOLE SOURCE EXTENSION OF A COMPETITIVELY AWARDED CONTRACT BEYOND THREE YEARS

The Department of General Services ("DGS" or the "Department"), has an immediate need for the current Contractor’s listed above, to continue providing On-Call Construction, Maintenance and Repair Services for up to an additional twelve (12)-months following the current contract term of expiration. This will allow the Department ample time to solicit award of new contracts.
