The District of Columbia Department of General Services ("District", "DGS" or "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to engage a contractor (‘Contractor") to provide construction services to renovate and modernize the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services’ ("DCFEMS") Engine Company 23 "DCFEMS E23" building located at 2119 G Street NW, Washington DC ("Project").
