Sole Source Procurement-Consolidated Maintenance Services the Office of Cable Television (“OCTV”)

The Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), on behalf of Facilities Management Division (“FMD”), has an immediate need for the current Contractor, Spectrum Management, LLC (“Spectrum” or “Contractor”) to continue providing Consolidated Maintenance Services at the Office of Cable Television (“OCTV”) for an additional period of twelve (12)-months, for the period of May 11, 2020 thru May 10, 2021 and allowing the Department ample time to solicit, evaluate and issue a contract award.

This is the seventeenth meeting in a series of monthly meetings to discuss actionable environmental safety testing results and remediation activity at District public buildings.
