Bowser Administration Announces Completion of Phase 1 Renovations at Eastern Market Metro Park

(WASHINGTON, DC) – Today, the Bowser Administration announced the completion of Phase 1 renovations at Eastern Market Metro Park, located at 800 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE. The overall park project is the result of a 2015 community-led master park plan that illustrated potential new public space improvements surrounding the Eastern Market Metro Station.

As the implementation agency for all District owned and managed facilities, the Department of General Services (DGS) takes proactive steps to fortify our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and internal air filtration systems for the safety and well-being of District residents.
