The Protective Services Division (PSD) provides 24-hour security and special police services that support District government operations, protection of employees, resources, and facilities. Building security is a large piece of keeping the district’s employees and residents safe.

The DGS Security Officer Request e-Portal creates a new and efficient way for District agencies to submit additional security requests (ASRs). This new portal experience, powered by Salesforce, will house all details of your security officer requests in one convenient location. Instead of sending ASRs via email or telephone, users will use the new e-Portal to:
- Submit additional security requests, including dates, type of security guard, and location;
- Track the status of their ASR(s);
- Submit any changes to original security requests; and
- Communicate with DGS’ Protective Services Division regarding additional concerns.
