The Heritage - New York Avenue Shelter
The project scope includes the design and construction of a facility that will provide an approximately 400 bed facility dedicated to serving the diverse needs of the Washington, DC homeless population.
Fletcher Johnson Roadway and Infrastructure
The project scope includes partial demolition of an existing school building which will be adaptively repurposed by a private developer.
Federal City Shelter (CCNV)
The project scope includes the construction of a 300-bed shelter for men and women, with an additional 350 hypothermia beds.
Short Term Family Housing Construction Project - Ward 6
This project involves the construction of a new, iconic, 53,000 square foot residential building in Ward 6. The 7-story building will house 7-10 residential units per floor with a total of 50 Short Term Family Housing (STFH) units.
Short Term Family Housing Construction Project - Ward 8
The newly constructed Ward 8 STFH program will include fifty (50) family units, computer labs for the residents, administrative space for staff and providers, outdoor playground and recreational space, age-appropriate indoor recreation space, homework/study lounge for residents and other amenities.
