The District of Columbia (“District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit design-build proposals (“Proposal(s)”) from offerors (“Offeror(s)”) interested in serving as the design-builder (“Design-Builder”) for the modernization of School Without Walls at Francis Stevens Education Campus, located at 2425 N Street NW, Washington, DC (the “Project”).

Event Description: With the passage of the Public Facilities Environmental Safety Amendment Act of 2020, DGS has expanded its frequency and scope of testing for environmental risks. This is the seventeenth meeting in a series of monthly meetings to discuss actionable environmental safety testing results and remediation activity at District public buildings.
