INVITATION FOR BIDS (“IFB”) DCAM-21-CS-IFB-0006 - E15 Kitchen Renovation & House Upgrades
The District of Columbia Department of General Services (the “District”, “DGS” or “Department”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to engage a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firm contractor (“Contractor”) to complete the all necessary services, supervision, permits, labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to renovate and replace the commercial kitchen at Engine 15 located at 1201 14th Street SE, Washington, DC 20020. The Contractor shall complete the Standard Work Requirements, as described in the SOW.
