The District of Columbia Department of General Services (“DGS”, “District” or “Department”), on behalf of the Department of Human Services (“DHS”), is requesting the services of an architectural/engineering (“A/E”) Firm to provide professional design services for the renovations at the New York Avenue Men’s Shelter (“Shelter”), located at 1355 New York Avenue NE, Washington, DC 20002 (the “Project”).
